Important shipping information
The shipping cost calculation is only available if you have something in your shopping cart.
Domestic shipping costs:
For orders over €60.00, delivery is free of charge (within Germany).
The following shipping costs apply within Germany:
– Up to 20.00 € value of goods: 6.90 € shipping
– Up to 59.99 € value of goods: 7.90 € shipping

Please note that products containing nicotine cannot be shipped to countries in the European Union.
We ship via DHL, DPD and Hermes:
Delivery in Germany within 1–3 business days, international deliveries within 2–8 business days. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. Shipping information will be sent via email. Order status and package tracking can be viewed in the customer account. Standard delivery time: Usually 2–6 business days within the EU.
The package can be delivered to a Packstation. The Packstation can be specified as a different delivery address. Link to find the Packstation: Packstation finder . The package can be picked up within 9 days. The customer card and pickup code are required for this.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a notification card will be left. The parcel can be picked up from the post office or DHL Parcelshop within 7 days. Find the nearest branch/DHL Parcelshop: Post office/DHL Parcelshop . The parcel can also be delivered directly to a DHL branch.
