The 'Carball' activated carbon adapter from Black Leaf®, made of high-quality borosilicate glass, significantly improves the filtration of your smoke. The adapter is placed between the downpipe and the bong bowl and filled with activated carbon to filter harmful condensate and tar from the smoke – without compromising the effect. The result is a milder smoke that is easier on the lungs and keeps the bong cleaner for longer.

We ship via DHL, DPD and Hermes:

Delivery in Germany within 1–3 business days, international deliveries within 2–8 business days. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. Shipping information will be sent via email.
