The Black Leaf® 'Flow' activated carbon adapter made of borosilicate glass is an excellent addition to your bong. Featuring the Black Leaf Flow logo and a standard NS 2x19 (18.8mm) joint, this adapter provides a secure and stable connection between the bowl and the chillum of your bong.

Filled with activated carbon , the adapter effectively filters out a large portion of unwanted combustion components from the smoke, allowing the herb flavor to come through much more clearly and authentically . This not only makes smoking more enjoyable, but also easier on the lungs . Another advantage: the adapter helps keep your bong cleaner for longer .

Alternatively, you can fill the adapter with water . This also filters the smoke, and the integrated dome percolator also cools the smoke, making the smoking experience even smoother and more enjoyable.

We ship via DHL, DPD and Hermes:

Delivery in Germany within 1–3 business days, international deliveries within 2–8 business days. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. Shipping information will be sent via email.
