With the Heisenberg Twister ICE, the designers came up with something quite ingenious: the twist.

The twist
The twist in the glass tube not only attracts visual attention, but also creates a swirling effect. This is beneficial to the smoke and makes it smoother. The bong essentially functions as a percolator itself.

The icebox
And that's not all: Above the twist there are three notches that serve as an ice compartment.
You can fill the top of the Twister with ice cubes as desired; they'll stick to the ice grooves and won't slip through. This way, they cool the smoke nicely as you pull it through the ice box.

Perfect as she is
Otherwise, the HNBG Twister doesn't have any additional percolators or diffusers—apart from the slotted diffuser at the end of the coupling—but it doesn't need any anyway. The Twister glass bong is perfect as it is.
